I think most of us are already decided on including voice-work to keep true to Legends formula, though there is discussion on how much voice work(aka NPC and non-cutscene voicing) that is on-going.
It is, however, too early to decide on VA's themselves, considering our current level of development.

Deciding VAs probably won't be done until we have things for the VAs to do...which more than likely won't be until the main game engine is done and stable (or so I would imagine).

It's also quite dependent on what the writers can come up with, in that VAs need a script to follow before they can jibbah-jabbah.

Adrian, are you familiar with my work so far? I've already done Bon in Legends 2 Abridged (episode 2), as well as provided my own take on the Aero lines Capcom gave out to try and match the character's appearance more.
