    I am curious. Are we planning to get the storyline, concept art, etc. before we start developing the actual gameplay, or if we are going to do it the other way. Or perhaps we're doing both at the same time?

    After we're done choosing Lead and Dash Developers, I presume the Leads will begin setting up resources and threads that will be essential to an organized effort in each of the various development departments. For example, I'd be setting up threads to discuss ruin lay-outs and another one for the programmers and designers to discuss physics.
