I've been wondering whether or not we should go ahead and make a YouTube channel. Since we're still in pre-production, the main purpose it would serve now would be to host any modeling or animation test we've done. We would definitely want one in the future for promotional purposes, just wondering if we should get a head start.

Re: YouTube Channel
I think we need to decide our Lead Artist and whether Adrian has decided to go with Joe's suggestion that that position be split between Lead 2D and Lead 3D Artist, since it won't be until then that things will really get done in that field.
But a head start is always nice. It would definitely help, once we actually get something to show, in recruiting.

Re: YouTube Channel
The reason I'm asking is I'm getting ready to show off some of the animation tests I did, and I was wondering if I should host it on my channel or wait for the official one.

Re: YouTube Channel
I'd go for official then, but you should probably get the go-ahead from Adrian first and maybe even show us it beforehand.

Re: YouTube Channel
Go for official—once we get started with prototypes and testing, I want to do some publicity videos with the other Leads, probably starting with unveiling a working player character model and physics.
