    We know that the Bright Bats are one of the many biker gangs on Kickeland island, they are the weakest gang actually.
    Barret's main mission while joining the Bright Bats is to strengthen his comrades and became the number 1 gang on the island.
    This could be used as a good main quest, or sub-quest:

    There are multiple territories divided by the other gangs, if Barret enters to enemy territory they will just kick him off, or even attack him.

    The main mission would be getting in the bike and do some vandalism, crushing trashcans, people (in one prototype video it's shown that is possible to ram the bike against people) damaging police vehicles, every vandalism that can be done aboard the hovering bike. This will cause the police to chase Barret, and eventually they will go up on their blacklist, other bikers will try to stop him too. While defeating them you open new territory to explore, finding some treasure chests and such.

    It seems the biker gangs would be a recurrent or even main theme in the prototype version, there can be many possibilities to play around with this quest, thinking many ways to make the police note them, how many objects can be destructed, squashed, stolen, all without loosing the fun and charm of the legends series.

    I get the feeling the Bright Bats would be too afraid to even enter enemy gang territory Ecstatic .
    Also, don't you think that vandalising property is a bit heavy for a game rated E10+?

    Still, though. Pretty cool idea, It could be a good way to breathe life into the whole "Gang vs. Gang" thing going on, on Klickelan.

    It could be used, but it would have to be made relevant to the actual storyline—and that will be the stingy part of deciding on whether to use this concept or not. Take it up with Edich, and hear his Edict first.

    Maybe it would be better if we leave it to "Gang vs Gang". Vandalism as Maestro says is not a cool thing for a E10+ game. Having the Bright Bats compete with others in order to be the best of the best would give the game more life time. "Compete until you are the #1"

    Ideally, yeah. Vandalism isn't really something the Japanese are known for, and the Carbons essentially act like Japanese people most of the time, lol.

    Vandalism can be seen different from many points of view, same with violence, if you saw Jerry attacking Tom with a bat, it was funny, when Bugs used to shoot Elmer with his own rifle it was fun. My point is, if the destruction of certain objects is funny or even toony it doesn't get a Teen or Mature rating, (even with all the excessive censorship we see this days) As I wrote before, Barret could ram his bike into the people, they just get knocked and instantly they stand again, same in MML1 were it was posible to get Megaman rammed with cars, and the chance to stole sodas and explode the vending machines, kick trashcans, dogs, cats, pigs shoot at birds or certain people (Roll in MML2) etc. that's what I was talking about, MML arleady let you do some kind of vandalism, and the acts of the player get punished (black armor, the people refused to talk to Megaman) or even awarded (Crusher) it's the same formula, while climbing the police blacklist the player could get awarded (by opening new territory and items) or punished (enemies become stronger, people don't talk to Barret, etc.) using a similar dark points feature as seen in MML.

    While reasoning on this idea, it seems a bit big to be included in one of the ten missions of the original prototype, but easy to implement as a side quest in a free-roaming feature, maybe an extra mission, but if you have any idea of how or when this feature can be implemented, let us hear it and maybe we can contact Edich, or if it's too big for the prototype then say that it has to be canned.

    Vandalism itself isn't the problem. It's whether it works in the form of a story scenario, and whether it works within the parameters given by the story, the context, and the characters it would involve. This shouldn't too uncharacteristic of certain characters to do—that's what I'm saying, and that's what the Writers need to consider.
