CYOA: Alternate MegaMan Legends 1

I'll create a story based off MegaMan Legends 1 and then I'll give you 5 options on how it should continue. The option that gets the most vote will be the one used to continue the story, and then I'll write more and give 5 more options. On and on until this dies, I get bored of it, I get more important things to do or this ends.

MegaMan Voltnutt was in a ruin, trying to find a a refractor. He eventually found it, grab it and escaped Indiana Jones style, head on the floor first. MegaMan lost communication with her spotter, Roll, and tried to escape. However, a Reaverbot attempted to defeat him. MegaMan defeated him using his buster and proceeded to escape. However, when he got outside he was on the top of the ruin, which was isolated by "endless water". The Reaverbot came back. He had no where to go until he made a smirk remark and jumped. He fell on the Flutter, their ship, and went on.

Suddenly...

a) The engine started to overheat and fail.
b) Grandpa Barrell Casket went pyromaniac on everyone.
c) MegaMan found out for the first time that he was adopted.
d) MegaMan remembered his past and attempts mutiny to go to Elysium.
e) Turbulence made Data fall off the Flutter.

C. Character development for Volnutt is something I could use more of.

Oh boy, a CYOA! I write enough of these as it is, might as well vote in some.

Let's crash to Cow Bullock Island first, then screw over the story of the games.

Some nice news for MegaMan to start off this CYOA.

After a job well done, MegaMan entered his room to relax. He did not have a portable gaming system, so he got bored fast. He decided to visit Barrel on his room.

Barrel was not there. However, he noticed his journal on a shelf. He decided to take a look, where he found out the truth. HE WAS ADOPTED! *Insert Striking Sound Here* Roll entered the room.

Roll: Hey MegaMan. I've been trying to find you all over the place. I wanted to talk to you about the upgrades I did to the flutter when...
MegaMan: Who am I?
Roll: Huh?
MegaMan: What am I? Who are you? Who are my real parents!? Answer me!
Roll: You mean you didn't know!?
MegaMan: You mean you knew all about it and you never said anything! *Calms down a bit* Tell me. What am I doing here?

*Barrel enters the room*
Barrel: I was calibrating my flamethrower when I heard some noises. I couldn't stop myself from overhearing this conversation.
MegaMan: How did I end up with you? Who are my parents?
Barrel: I found you together with Data in my younger days when researching the Nino Island's Ruins. I did this without the Guildmaster's permission, so I couldn't bring you back without an explanation. Thus I decided to take care of you and Data myself.
MegaMan: And my parents...
Barrel: I'm sorry, but I don't know who or where they are.
Roll: I'm sorry MegaMan. I know how you feel, but "WHAH!"
*MegaMan proceeds to take control of the Flutter*
Roll: MegaMan! What are you doing!?
MegaMan: I'm going to Nino Island and find out where I come from.
Roll: Are you insane!? Do you even know how to pilot this ship!?
MegaMan: I don't care. If you knew something about your missing parents you'd do the same, wouldn't you?
Roll: ... Give me the wheel.
MegaMan: Huh?
Roll: I'll drive to Nino Island.
MegaMan: Thanks Roll.
Roll: Don't mention it.

So they continued onward to Nino Island. Suddenly:

a) The Flutter is shot down by the locals from Nino Island.
b) Barrel won't allow his adopted son to leave and takes Data hostage.
c) The Flutter goes warp speed and crashes against the Gesellschaft.
d) MegaMan won't trust Roll, so he knocks her out and takes the ship.
e) Data is kidnapped by a bird called "Chip".

B. Barrel needs to show the step-son who's in charge of the family!

B. Let's royally mess up all this character development. Onward!

Barrel can't stand the fact that his adopted son is old enough to try to leave to find his origins. Thus, he promptly takes action.

*Barrel takes Data on his arms and points at him with his flamethrower*
Data: MegaMan! Help!
*MegaMan and Roll turn around, surprised*
Barrel: I won't allow you to leave that easily MegaMan. Stop this thing now or else Data will really get it toasty.
Roll: But gramps!
MegaMan: Has he gone insane? *Reacts* Look. You took care of me and Data for a long time. You're almost like my father to me.
Barrel: I am your father.
MegaMan: But after all this years of taking care of me and Data, you're going to kill him because I'm leaving?
Barrel: Why not. He's not my son. He's just a pet.
MegaMan: How dare you! *Points Buster at Barrel's head*
Roll: MegaMan! No! *Tries to stop MegaMan, but MegaMan blindly fires and hits Roll, who falls unconscious to the ground*
MegaMan: Roll?! Roll!!! ROOOOOLLLLLLLL!!!!!


*Barrel approaches the scene, but drops his guard and Data kicks him, throwing the flamethrower away from Barrel.*

MegaMan: Why?! You! I will stop you now, Barrel Caskett! *Points at Barrel who is shaking due to fear*
Data: MegaMan. Who is piloting the ship?
MegaMan: Ahhh!!! I need to take control of the ship. Barrel, hel- *See's Barrel preparing to jump off the Flutter with a parachute*
Barrel: Good bye, sucker! *Barrel jumps*
Data: MegaMan! Someone set the engine and the remaining parachutes on fire!
MegaMan: I know who it was. Roll! Wake up! Please, wake up! *Roll won't answer*

What will MegaMan do?

a) "I won't let Roll or Data die. We are going to live through this, even if I have to pilot a ship on fire myself!"
b) "The Captain should sink with her ship. I'm not the Captain. Data! Let's just jump out of here!"
c) "If I'm going to die, then I am going to fulfill all of my fantasies now!"
d) "I could probably power up this water gun to take the flames out, but I'd need some booster part for it. Data, I need your help!" (I need to disarm you in order to save the Flutter with Roll and myself!)
e) "Hey! It's an armada of Lego Men on flying ships. Hey! We need help! Help!"
