If you pay attention to Blender tutorials, a common website to pop up is Blender Cookie. Well, they have tutorial sites for a few other programs and the newest one (just launched today) is Unity Cookie!
The CG Cookie family of websites creates plenty of often-free, high-quality tutorials. The others can be viewed if you are a 'Citizen' for $10/month along with being able to download the source files of the tutorials.
Even though I haven't actually watched any of the tutorials on Unity Cookie yet, going by their previous quality, I can recommend them without hesitation.
(Yeesh, this reads like a sales pitch. Whatever, they're still good.)
