I can't say I agree with this (if you were indeed referring to the Capcom Unity devroom). Not only are we isolating the new devteam to people who are actively interested in pursuing this project, but capcom could very easily send a cease and desist notice at any given time. Staying below Capcom's radar is probably a good idea atm. What's more, Capcom may well shut down the Unity devroom at any given moment.

Exactly what DJ-P0N3 said. If we do this in Capcom's faces to bother them, they might get angry and sue us or something similar. Also, the devroom is going to be closed at some point. Only the accounts will remain.
