This is pretty much a finished product, GenSpec.
I'm putting it on hold untill this, more important project is completed!
So no worries.
Also, I'll have you know that I am in the middle of designing a ruin!
Exciting stuff I tell ya!

Sorry, me and my friend have both tried it and it worked fine.
Th only thing I can suggest is try compatibility mode, and running as administrator...
